Overnight Newborn Care & Breastfeeding Support
In-Home Support for Rest, Recovery, and Confident Feeding
Bringing your baby home is an incredible and transformative time — but the nights can also sometimes feel long, exhausting, and overwhelming.
If you’re feeling sleep-deprived, unsure, or simply in need of more support, you don’t have to navigate this alone.
I offer in-home overnight newborn care in Los Angeles, combining responsive, nurturing baby care with expert IBCLC-level breastfeeding support — so you can rest, recover, and feel confident in caring for your baby.
What Is Overnight Newborn Care?
Often referred to as a night nurse, night nanny, or overnight doula, this type of support provides care for your baby overnight while you sleep.
As a Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), my approach goes beyond traditional overnight care.
You receive both hands-on newborn care and real-time breastfeeding guidance throughout the night, helping you protect your milk supply while getting the rest your body needs.

In-Home Follow-Up Consultation — $300
Follow-up appointments are helpful when breastfeeding concerns are still ongoing or when new questions arise after our initial visit.
Families often schedule follow-ups if they are experiencing:
• continued breastfeeding pain
• baby fussiness during feeds
• concerns about milk supply
• questions about pumping or returning to work
• changes in baby’s feeding behavior
A follow-up consultation can provide reassurance that feeding is progressing well and offers an opportunity to refine your feeding plan as your baby grows. These appointments are also a great time to discuss long-term feeding goals, including pumping routines, bottle introduction, and returning to work.
Virtual Lactation Consultation — $230
Virtual consultations are available via Zoom and can be scheduled regardless of your location. These sessions are a convenient option if an in-home appointment is not possible.
Virtual consultations typically last 60–90 minutes and include:
• a review of your health and breastfeeding history
• observation of a feeding when possible
• guidance on achieving a comfortable, effective latch
• strategies to improve milk transfer and feeding efficiency
• a personalized feeding plan to support your goals
Virtual consultations also provide an excellent opportunity to discuss:
• pumping strategies and milk supply
• returning to work while breastfeeding
• bottle feeding guidance
• introducing solid foods
Each virtual consultation includes one week of follow-up support via email or phone if additional questions arise.
Insurance & Payment Information
After each appointment, families receive a Superbill receipt that can be submitted to their insurance provider for possible reimbursement if lactation support is covered under their health plan.
Sliding Scale Support
I believe breastfeeding support should be accessible to all families. Sliding scale pricing is available for families who may benefit from financial assistance. If the listed fees feel like a barrier, please feel free to reach out to discuss available options.
