Are you covered by Insurance?

In Home and Telehealth breastfeeding appointments are often completely covered by several insurance plans including Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Aetna. If you have insurance and would like to submit a superbill receipt, a digital copy will be provided after sessions for all In-home and virtual appointments. If you have already had a session and need a receipt please email me directly at joseepoundlc@gmail.com

Once you have verified and confirmed your coverage, please text or email me and let me know you’ve been approved so we can book your session as soon as possible.

There is a $150 dollar travel fee for all In Home Sessions for Lactation Network client
