Josée developed a passion for working with families while living abroad in Ghana and Haiti where she worked in several clinics. After completing a Bachelors degree in International Development at the University of Guelph, she graduated from the Lactation Medicine Program at the Jack Newman International Breastfeeding Centre in Toronto Canada in 2015 (www.ibconline.ca). In 2017, Josée became a Board Certified Lactation Consultant. This professional designation required successfully passing the IBLCE certification exam, completing the required education in health sciences and human lactation as well as significant in clinic experience. Currently, Josée has a private practice in Los Angeles and recently became a mother herself in April of 2020. She lives in Pasadena with her husband and her son.
